Core Reflection- Avni

It has been a great experience so far, being in the MSIS course at the Kelley School of Business. There were lots of new skills that I imbibed out of which collaboration and team ethics are the most pertinent. Working with teams of diverse backgrounds and skill sets makes it paramount to have collaboration skills and team ethics. This course taught me these invaluable transferable life skills. It has been a rewarding experience to have worked with such a vibrant core group. It really gave me the opportunity to not only grow in my technical but interpersonal skills as well. My teammates have been always supportive and helpful throughout the semester and I wish to collaborate with them in the future too.
